The Arts Council of New Westminster is committed to giving the best service possible.  However, we recognize that from time to time that you may wish to make a complaint.  We are able to address complaints about how we have interacted with you, but we are not able to address complaints about the actions of our members.

We take complaints very seriously at the ACNW and have a process in place for you to express a complaint.  All complaints must be submitted in writing. Your complaint will go to the Board of Directors and you will be provided with a written response in a timely manner.

Please tell us:

  1. What happened.
  2. When it happened.
  3. Who dealt with you.
  4. What you would like us to do to put things right.
